In grade 4, I found a sprouted almond while turning the Landed Learning compost. I planted it in a pot, took it home, and have been caring for it ever since. Two years later, it’s almost as tall as I am and is ready to be transplanted into a bigger pot. I can’t wait to see if it will make flowers and almonds!
